I can customize the design for you by using a special feature called Customizer. To do it properly, first look at these options: spool_hole_diameter is set at 8, unit at 1, spool_walls_width at 3, spool_width at 20, spool_walls_diameter at 50, and filament_diameter at 2. Using these settings should make it easier to see how everything fits together correctly in this custom spool.
