This custom print combines planetary and Sun gears into a unique piece that showcases 5 of the known planets. Each planet's size corresponds to its real life scale. Gears were placed as they rotate around their center, mimicking actual movement patterns. To create this customized version: The settings have been optimized for standard Prusa-style prints. Settings: Planet radius P = 45 Axle diameter T = 10 Gear depth D = 40 Shift of printing the base plate of the print from the origin is set at 3. Diameter tolerance set to a moderate value d tol = 0.3 Each of these planets are shifted equally around the origin, with a gap set as dplanethole = 0.
