I'm having trouble accessing that link right now, but here's a custom version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:612709! I used Customizer to create this version: http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=612709 Now, let me walk you through how to use the options: First off, choose knurled_type to 1 - this will get your thing printed with some gnarly grooves on it. Next up, decide on a height for your thing. I chose 30 mm because it's just right, not too short and not too long. You can adjust this value to suit your needs! After that, select the diameter of your thing - I picked 40 mm since it seemed about right. Again, you can change this if you need something smaller or larger. Now let's talk backlash - basically, this is the amount of clearance between your tooling and your material when printing. A lower value will result in tighter fits but may increase friction between parts while a higher value gives more room for your tools to slide past one another smoothly! In this case we set ours at .5 so don't go crazy if there aren't perfect contacts during assembly; still plenty good enough! Outside chamfer specifies how sharp the edges should appear outside (don't get confused with what inside means). Choose five since that feels pretty good for most applications. Last thing: wall thickness dictates thicknesses across whole design – set yours up at 2mm as an example although really could be anywhere between certain values depending entirely personal preference when final build time comes around!
