My Customized Coil Form for DIY Inductors
thingiverse
Customized version of Thingiverse, accessed via thing:50555. Created using the Customizer app at www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=50555. Options Utilized: - Setting wire_grooves to a value of 1. - Adjusting outer_diameter to 30. - Enabling the feature to add a hole for the wire by setting enable_wire_hole to 1. - Modifying base_thickness to a height of 2 units. - Changing shield_diameter to 34. - Defining a twist for the wire equal to 15 degrees through the adjustment of wire_rotation. - Elevating guide_height up to 2 units. - Setting the switch enable_shielding_guide to on with a value of 1, incorporating a shielding mechanism for precise tracking. - Shaping groove_depth to a measured depth of 1 unit and defining the number of turns around a cylinder with a twist at 15 turns by changing turns. - Decreasing hole_radius down to a diameter of 2 units using hole_radius. - Reducing resolution by a degree with adjustment up to 36 via resolution, resulting in more detailed output while increasing the intricacy of object structure in design and execution. - Adding structural thickness of 3 walls, making structure highly resilient through use of wall_thickness parameter which has now taken that setting at that magnitude. - Swapping directions on an element set with direction parameter groove_direction reversed to the negative 1 setting signifying rotation of elements counter clockwise or to the left by means it now points left instead and the corresponding opposite. Setting of enabling a hole at this diameter results in an opening in size defined via wire_hole_diameter= 1 which signifies only having single wire diameter sized holes throughout all specified sections. Output Specifications for Created Customization. The parameters applied include: Setting up customization for: thingID - 50555; using app www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run to alter values as shown here in detailed form
