Hinge bend is calculated to be 0.6 degrees. Tab size is set to zero for simplicity. Label height is customized to 10 inches. Interior fillet radius is adjusted to 4.0 inches. Number of width sections is defined as three. Hinge label font is selected from the write/orbitron.dxf collection. Hinge width is established at 32 inches. Lid inset offset is set to zero for a flush fit. Sidewall width is set to 1.0 inch for uniformity. Interior length is specified by user input, currently 32 inches. Number of length sections is determined as two. Label text is currently empty and awaiting user input. Lid inset height is fixed at 2.4 inches. Tab fillet radius is calculated to be 2 inches. Hinge extension is set to zero for minimal overhang.
