Here's how to print a customized version of the customizable circuit board case: Created using Customizer, found at thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=97888. To use these options: Select the type of switch: fn1 = 50 keys (the standard key) or fn2 = 12 function keys For the top panel graphics select from a library of dxf files: tf = choose write, or orbitron.dxf to customize with an additional design. Customize the depth of the case: th = change this to the exact thickness you desire. Designate how many rows on the switch matrix will have LED backlighting for your buttons. A higher number means all the switches have lights under them: nt= 1, 2, or whatever is desired based on layout. Enable or disable looping of walls when building out individual components like circuit board traces on both sides. This can save a small amount of space in cases with large numbers of small components: loop_wall = enable this for no wasted plastic Adjust the ring size according to preference. This setting only applies to button sizes where applicable: ring_size= desired diameter To turn micro headers, choose the height as measured above each row (typically micro hb 8 - but here they are on every third) then save or apply this configuration and let me do some real world tweaking! Microhb = desired distance of header relative to baseboard tolerance of board space required around any holes for proper clearance: tol= change the number accordingly based upon individual needs for example if 12mm.
