Here are some changes you can make to your design: Change the bar thickness to anything between 18 and 48. Move the manual build plate to Y=70 or higher by changing the y-coordinate from 100 to at least 100, but not more than 200. The same goes for x-coordinates; move the manual build plate to X=70 or higher by changing it from 100 to at least 90 and not above 220. Reduce zip tie thickness to between 4 and 12 inches by inputting a new value that is equal to but doesn't exceed the original amount, and reduce light thickness in the same range by altering your existing value of 26 to fit this restriction. Make use of fewer or no zip ties, or even more than double as many, with values of zero or 4.
