Here is the custom configuration for this design: Customized Version of 3D Printed Project Display Case Created with Customizer! Design Overview: To assemble your display case, follow these steps: Preparation: Ensure you have a functioning 3D printer with at least one build plate. Print the parts and remove them from the print bed once they are completely cool to the touch. Assembly Instructions: The design consists of four parts: base, sides, label, and battery cover. Base (Part Bottom) * Lip height (0.2 inch / 5mm): adds protection against accidental knocks or bumps * Depth (0.4 inch / 10mm): enhances stability during printing and when the product is finished * Diameter (1.9 inches / 48.26mm): corresponds with other elements, maintaining a unified design look Battery Cover * Part Height: 5mm / 0.2inch * Internal Lip height (4mm/0.1575inch) * Gap size between fit parts: 2% of the gap part, i.e., approximately 3mm for 150mm or .1181inch
