Thirty cogs are utilized in this design. A build plate selector is chosen with a value of three. Cog length is calibrated to .9 units for efficiency. Resolution is set high at 100 units. Cog base height remains consistent at 10 units. Cog tip width is narrowed down to 3 units for stability. Hole diameter is accurately measured at 5.1 units. Internal diameter is calculated to be precisely 21 units. Cog base width is minimized to 2 units for added strength.
