Here's My Cheesecake Recipe! Attention: Before trying this recipe, let me tell you my story... Sometimes, the cheesecake spreads itself all over the fridge. Other times, the gelatin gets mixed up with the cream cheese. Occasionally, it starts spreading before I even get to the fridge! When you want it to be perfect, the crust doesn't set right and breaks when unmolding. And once I made it with flour, it tasted like I was eating beach sand - not good!
