After testing a dozen carriages and mounts for the Bowden extruder with a BL touch sensor mount, I decided to create my own design from scratch. This is my first ever attempt at designing a custom component. I've significantly improved upon existing designs by aligning the BL touch sensor directly with the hot end nozzle along the X-axis, 15mm to its left. This eliminates the need to adjust the Y-axis offset in the firmware. The carriage I used as a reference is available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/make:132453. I designed the extruder mount using 123D Design software. I've also included a gap behind the extruder for tidy and secure wire routing. Before printing the carriage, be sure to verify your timing belt orientation. My Anet A8 requires an upside-down belt orientation, unlike other designs that feature two bearings on the upper rod and one on the lower.
