This is my remix (of two original designs) to replace the standard small idler with a toothed drive pully on an axel with larger bearings. Mods made to original Y-axis tensioner - accommodated the larger bearings - turned the bolts around and added recesses to the bolt heads - employed wingnuts & washers for adjustment Mods made to original X-axis tensioner - added room for the drive pully - accommodated the larger bearings - added a low profile adjustment wheel to save some space in X-direction - added recesses for the ends of the X-axis steel bars - also this to save some space (in my case the bars protrude from the X-axis holder) In addition to the printed parts you will need - 4 pcs 625ZZ bearings - 2 pcs 5mm axels (just cut a longer rod into suitable length pieces) - 2 pcs M6x60 mm bolts with hexagon head (Y axis) - 2 pcs M6 washers (Y axis) - 2 pcs M6 wing nuts (Y axis) - 1 pcs M4x40 bolt with hexagon head (X axis) - 1 pcs M4 nut (X axis)
