No idler gear is added to this build. The selected profile is version one. An additional tooth depth of point four units has been specified. A m3 nut depth of 2.7 units will be used. Pulley and thread height is set at 8 units. Nuts have an angle of 180 degrees when viewed from the top. One hex m3 nut with five point seven flats will be installed. The retainer height above the nut shaft is 1.5 units. 22 teeth are specified for this build. A pulley bore diameter of 18 units is selected. A motor shaft with a height of 1.5 units and an idler will also be installed. A m3 bore has a diameter of 3.2 units. Pulley thickness or build height is eight units. Motor and drive shaft specifications are 5 point one millimeters thick. Distance between nut and drive shaft measures one point two centimeters. One retainer part is used to support the gear teeth. Additional tooth width is increased by point three units for extra security.
