MX500/650 fork bushings optional lift kit

Thank you Elvin for uploading these, as you can’t buy them from Razor directly . I found they were tight on my forks and the snap rings were difficult to get into the forks. I revised Elvin's design to be looser on the forks for fork travel and removed a small amount on the snap rings for easier installation. I have a few hundred miles on these and I'm 245lbs, they have held up better than some of the ones people are selling.. I also combined these as one print. Works with stock bolt and spring You need a 12" or longer 1/4" extention with a 5mm allen socket to remove the fork. or If you want a 3" lift, combine the fork cup print with purchase of the below: (hardware costs about $30) Ace hardware sp-9736 spring https://www.acehardware.com/departments/hardware/specialty-hardware/springs/5214804 & McMaster-Carr Alloy Steel Socket Head Screw Black-Oxide, M8 x 1.25 mm Thread, 200 mm Long Part # 91290A484 https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/128/3411 The new bolt requires a 12" or longer 1/4" extension with a 6mm allen socket.
