A meticulously detailed 6mm MWO King Crab model for standard Battletech tabletop play is now available. I have taken extensive measures to refine and perfect the model's meshes, ensuring that any gaps or imperfections are minimal and practically unnoticeable. Although it may not conform perfectly to manifold standards, this model prints exceptionally well on a resin printer. To optimize printability, I carefully removed extraneous details that would be impractical at this scale, modifying them instead to preserve intricate detail while facilitating smooth printing. The base is included, featuring the unit's name elegantly engraved on its back face. A complementary set is also provided, featuring both models with and without bases. I encountered significant challenges when building supports for this model, but found it more practical to print the base separately before attaching it to the main structure. This approach yields a stronger, more stable final product. The loadout has been carefully tailored to suit a KGC-000 unit, with minor adjustments made to enhance printability at 6mm scale. Two distinct poses are available: a standard at-attention stance and a dynamic action pose that captures the model's essence. Happy battles await!
