This is for MW LRS (slim) series PSU (or compatible) I have another design for NES series. This PSU (Power Supply Unit) cover allows you to have a power inlet module with a switch, indicator light and fuse, along with XT60 outlet connectors. It brings you a clean and organized working environment. The XT60 connection allows you to use versatile power cables to your target device. Print the cover face down (front side facing down to the print bed) with the part. The part may require support structure when printing. If printed without support, you might need to touch-up with a knife on the trench area because the power inlet module is designed to fit-in the cover for a better look. 2. Wire and solder the power inlet module and install it to the cover (there are latches, no screw needed). 3. Wire and solder the XT60 with PCB and install it on the cover using four M3x8 screws. 4. Connect the cables to the PSU and secure them with PSU screws. 5. Measure with a multifunction-meter before use. 6. Install the cover and secure it with M3x8 screws (maybe need M3x6 if 8mm is too long). 7. The outlet XT60 and cable depend on your requirements. PS: There are two ways to wire, single pole or dual pole. Using dual pole wiring can prevent electric leakage. Please refer to the pictures.
