The latest version of MakerWare, 2.2.0.46, was both a significant improvement and somewhat disappointing in specific scenarios. A gallery image demonstrates the fill produced by the new "medium" setting (.2mm) at 100% infill with two shells. However, it reveals that each layer of fill between cut-outs within a beam follows an identical pattern and fails to fully fill the area, resulting in clear holes through solid parts of the beam. The "High" profile also seems to yield similar failures in this crucial part of the print.
