Hello everyone, I'm Vladimir Garzon Morales with a proposal for the Mechanical Ventilator MV219 that can be produced straightforwardly, at a low cost, and meets all medical device standards. The key features of this design are: - Ease of manufacture: A minimal number of components, 3D printable parts, and off-the-shelf modules make it simple to produce. - Reliability: A set of relief valves, check valves, mixing and piston valves ensures the precise amount of air is delivered as needed by the user. - Safety: Interchangeable disposable filters guarantee the required air quality for the patient. Major components include: CO2 sensor Check Valves Dehumidifier Electrical Heater Flow Meter Flow Control Valve Inline Air Exhaust Inline Air Filter Membrane Compressor Mixing Valve Pressure Regulator Pressure Sensor Piston Valve Relief Valve Solenoid Servo Motor Temperature Sensor Arduino Raspberry Pi A P&ID schematic and manufacturing drawing for one specimen is attached for reference.
