Not tested yet. This gadget is designed to safeguard the threads on the barrel of my Haenel CR 308 - thus its outer dimensions. I plan to print this in PC Max. It should endure several shots, it simply must not get excessively hot. For hunting purposes, probably no issue at all. The Fusion 360 file is attached.
