The statue stands proudly before the CQ Centre of Art, situated in Emmen, Netherlands, where financial struggles have unfortunately led to its closure. Crafted by Onno de Ruijter of Meppel, this rectangular masterpiece is expertly carved from stone. Two parallel spaces feature figures deeply engrossed in their artistic pursuits: a lady intently playing the violin and a man fully absorbed in creating a painting. Both are lost in their craft. The statue was created in 1979. Captured by RealityCapture software, it was generated from 355 images in 12 hours, 52 minutes, and 51 seconds.
