Mux' universal dampener foot

These dampening spring feet reduce conducted vibrations from your printer's surface. Compatible with M8 threaded or smooth rods, they efficiently decouple low-frequency noise. Holes allow for permanent mounting. As the printer is heavy, these strong feet support it well. For higher frequency noise reduction, add PU insulation material under the foot. Combined with the insulating material, these feet significantly decreased the audibility of my printer behind a closed door. The model was designed in CATIA and can be modified from the downloadable CATPart file. Printing tips include using PLA, 0.35mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height, and hexagonal fill at 40%. Firmware with curve look-ahead, like Marlin, is highly recommended for optimal strength and flexibility.
