Mute Holder

Mute Holder

This piece attaches to a music stand for holding one trumpet or horn mute at a time. It'll hold bucket mutes, straight mutes, plungers - pretty much anything, just one at a time though. Need more, print another and clip them side by side. This one also folds up for storage. EDIT: I've updated all the files to fix the scaling issue with them (wrong unit originally). Print Settings Printer Brand: Printer: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 1mm Infill: 20% Notes: I did have problems with the pins printing so they'd fit within the hinges (they ended up printing a little too big). I solved it by replacing the printed pins with straightened paperclips which worked perfectly fine. Post-Printing Finishing I gave this some basic sanding, applied a coat of XTC-3D, sanded it again, and then sprayed on a light coat of paint.
