The tinkering prugomik is a strange alien/mutant being who's quite skilled at making, repairing, and modifying stuff. Can also be printed and used as a general mutant apocalypse encounter, an alien at a certain space port bar, or a new type of D&D encounter to throw at unsuspecting players.
