Remixed and inserted the SMU Mustang logo, sticking to the original outline design. The keychain was printed on my MP Maker Select Mini at a layer height of 0.175 and an infill percentage of 50%. You'll need supports as the Mustang logo isn't flush with the bottom but centered inside the keychain. Also, this thing is huge, so resize accordingly. I resized it to 8% of the original and found that's about the right size for a keychain. It takes around 45 minutes to print one. UPDATE: Uploaded individual pieces of this project in case you'd like to print them in different colors. mustangkeychain_blank.stl is the blank keychain with a solid back. Print this at an 8% scale. mustangkeychain_insert.stl is the insert that goes inside the blank. Print this at a size of 7.8%. mustangkeychain_horse.stl is the SMU Mustang logo. Print this at a size of 7.5%. I use super glue to attach the different parts, but you could use whatever adhesive you'd like. Since they're now separate, you can substitute any logo you'd like, just sizing it accordingly. One easy way to figure out what size you need is to load the blank STL and your logo STL into Cura. Set the blank at 8% of its original size (or whatever you choose), then drag your logo over the top of the blank and play around with resizing until you get a nice fit.
