Mustang Cobra keyfob cover

<p>NOTE: &nbsp;Imported from Thingiverse without updates…</p><p>The main purpose of the this cover is to allow you to put your keyfob in your pocket (or purse) and not accidentally press the buttons. The buttons are recessed with this cover so it will be difficult but not impossible to press a button when the keyfob is in your pocket. I intentionally made the panic button and trunk button partially covered since I don't use them every day. Also the opening is intentionally tight so you will need to trim with an exacto knife to get the keyfob to fit.</p><p>This is a keyfob cover fits 2001 Mustang keyfobs or any other with same keyfob. I believe this would be 1999-2010 Mustangs and possibly other Ford models. Please look at the pictures to make sure it fits before printing. I have created the STL file with "Cobra" text only but I would be happy to add other text if your not familiar with OpenSCAD. The OpenSCAD file takes text as an argument so you can print with anything such as your name.</p><h3>Instructions</h3><p>I printed with 50% infill, thick shells, and a .2mm layer height. I printed with light supports.</p><p>I intentionally left extra material on the opening so it can be custom fit for the desired insertion force. I used a Exacto knife for this but a Dremel should work fine as well.</p><p>Category: Automotive</p>
