Featuring a design inspired by skater belt buckles, our 3D printed buckle boasts a simple yet functional look that's compatible with most grosgrain belts. The four-piece buckle securely attaches to the belt via a latch that grips it firmly. Customization is a key feature of this cover, as it can be personalized with your name or logo. For an Instagram-worthy style, combine this customization with a popping color. Created using Autodesk Maya and basic modeling techniques, each piece fits the belt snugly after careful measurements. Prototype iterations were done to address tolerance issues. The buckle is durable, lightweight, and available on Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/listing/153729526/mustache-belt). Printed in ABS with a 200 microns layer height resolution, the entire printing process takes about 30 minutes per piece. Assembly is quick and easy, taking only around two minutes - just remember to let the glue dry! The latch and cover teeth are sharp for a tight belt adjustment.
