Object ID: 2003.021.085 Florida Holocaust Museum, permanent collection, donated by Milton Kohn Musical instrument made from parchment of a Torah Scroll. Under the Nazi occupation, synagogues and religious objects were destroyed and holy books were desecrated. People realized that the parchments from Torah scrolls provided materials that could be used to make other items. Torah scrolls were used to make wallets, handbags, envelopes and musical instruments. 3D model produced in digital photogrammetry with 326 pictures (Nikon D3400, resolution 6000 x 4000) processed with Agisoft Metashape
