Musical Cookie Cutters

We wanted to create music-inspired treats, so here we are. After a few trial-and-error experiments with all-in-one machines, we finally landed on one tool to cut out cookie shapes and another to etch designs onto the freshly cut cookies. This setup gives bakers more control over how thinly or thickly they roll out their dough and how deeply the design is embedded in the cut shape.
