Utah's red rock formations are revealed through Lake Powell, normally submerged beneath thirty feet of water. The canyon stretches wide with muddy patches of sand and silt that can quickly become treacherous if stepped into, sucking off boots due to the unstable ground quaking like jelly when walked upon before solidifying again, similar to cornstarch mixed with water. It's no wonder people refer to this phenomenon as quicksand. The acoustics in this location are perfectly suited for high-pitched sounds, making it an ideal spot to test a boombox. A century ago, Mormon singers performed here. This rendition is another step towards optimizing the captured data, utilizing RealityCapture to process 1034 images over 22 hours and 5 minutes.
