I made some adjustments to ckirby's design, breaking them down into individual parts since they wouldn't print together smoothly on the same surface. This allowed me to try different layouts. To get a good result, I followed ckirby's guidelines for attaching an inner tube rubber to the contact surfaces, using instant glue (cyanoacrylate) which worked out well for me.
