So many tight spots, odd uneven edges. Litterally had to shave down everysingle piece of infill and every edge of the main design. At 120% this is rough man I managed to get a workable print. But it litterally took me 4 days of trial and error to get this one together By far the hardest of all current designs. Broke Multiple teeth, Had to reprint the infill 4 times as i kept breaking parts.. This one took way too much effort, Larger Print Would probably make it easier. Mine came out about 90% so im gonna have to do another one at some point. Clouded when i sanded/clear coated. Might do a full Paint to Get it to 100%.
Your going to need to shave the smaller areas with a razor Knife, Rubber mallet helped. if you go bigger should be easier to put it all together. Printing in one piece with zhop is recomenended, as the margins are the tightest of all these designs. choice on this print. Difficulty compared to the rest is a 10 out of 5. (almost gave up on this one)
Post-Printing

they look just fine as is However, I intended on getting them autographed at a show, That being said Sharpie Bleeds on 3D material, so your either gonna want to clear coat them or Filler primer. Mine Clouded between the sanding and the clear coat, Might repaint it before deciding if im going to try again.

Again be careful of the tolerance between the 2 files, cause its incredibly tight. Another idea is to print a screw hole and pvc glue it to the back for wall hang

Be careful when knocking the pieces into the design, everything on this one is fragile and tight... I broke multiple teeth pieces on this one, had to print the infill like 4 times.

Category: Music
