Hey look! Free wishes! You don't see that very often. Every other well I've seen tries to extort hard earned coin out your pockets, for a wish. I wonder, how does it works though. Maybe spores penetrate your mind and just know what you would wish for. Perhaps, you throw a coin in and it spits it right back out. Guess theres only one way to find out.
