Model for Mushroom Mod - Open Source 26650, 20700 & 18650 Split Version The 20700 is experimental, but it should fit just fine. Different caps are designed for different 510 connections, one for the FDV 510 as shown in the datasheet and another for the Modmaker 510 connection with built-in support. These files are optimized for FDM machines, requiring minimal support. However, the cap must be glued to the body. I successfully used cyanoacrylate glue, known as Sekundenkleber in German, which slightly dissolved the surface of my Colorfabb PLA/PHA blend. I also glued Colorfabb XT together, but the results were not as good as with the PLA/PHA blend. For the XT box, I used UHU Repair Extreme and it performed better than acrylic glue, so there is no guarantee for other materials like Colorfabb PLA/PHA. If you have successfully tested different combinations, feel free to post in the comments. The objects are oriented as they should be printed. Please let us know through the comments how you printed it (machine, settings, etc.). It would also be great to see your object through the "Makes" section.
