Three ancient carved rocks are preserved at the Great North Museum: Hancock in Newcastle, having previously been housed at the Museum of Antiquities. They are referenced on the Beckensall Archive (BA) and were added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008. This collection includes Hunterheugh 1 Excavation Portable 4 (https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=1881), Hunterheugh 1 Excavation Portable 5 (https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=1882), and Museum of Antiquities - Unprovenanced Rock 10 (https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=1894). A digital model was created from stereo pairs captured by David Tuck, David Jones, Caroline & Ken Allott in May 2006. The images form part of the full NADRAP archive deposited with Historic England and Northumberland County Council.
