A group of prehistoric portable carved rocks is maintained in the collections of the Great North Museum: Hancock, located in Newcastle. Originally housed in the Museum of Antiquities, they were referenced on the Beckensall Archive (BA) before being added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008. This collection includes: Museum of Antiquities Unprovenanced Rock 5 Nafferton Allen Banks Weetwood Portable H South Middleton Moor Portable Weetwood Portable i West Lordenshaw (Birky Hill) 1f Hunterheugh 1 Excavation Portable 1 Hunterheugh 1 Excavation Portable 2 Hunterheugh 1 Excavation Portable 3 Several models link to ERA records and display the carved surface. The model was created from five stereo pairs captured by David Tuck, David Jones, Caroline & Ken Allott (NADRAP Team 2) in May 2006. This imagery is part of the full NADRAP archive deposited with Historic England and Northumberland County Council.
