Museum Model with Realistic Textures. Importing OBJ Files into Cinema 4D: A Step-by-Step Guide. Begin by creating a new file or double-click on the OBJ file to import it directly into your project. Next, select the file from the window below and mark it for import. For Normals, choose "Points" or bypass this step altogether if you're in a hurry. Make sure to check off "Texture coords (UVs)" to ensure accurate texture mapping. In the Material section, click on "Import MTL File" to bring in your custom textures. By default, Cinema 4D will assign random colors to your model. Don't worry, we can change these later. If your model appears transparent, try again and select "Invert Transparency" from the options menu. Need help troubleshooting? Send me a message, and I'll do my best to assist you.
