The Museo Soumaya showcases over 66,000 masterpieces spanning 30 centuries of art. Exhibited within its walls are priceless sculptures from Mesoamerica's Pre-Hispanic era, alongside vibrant pieces by 19th- and 20th-century Mexican artists. Furthermore, it features a stunning collection of European artworks, courtesy of legendary masters including Rodin, Dalí, Murillo, and Tintoretto. With its incomparable diversity, this renowned institution holds the title of possessing one of the world's most comprehensive collections. Designed by Mexican maestro Fernando Romero in a bold Postmodern style, construction was led by engineers from Ove Arup and Frank Gehry, with the completed structure finally unveiled in 2011.
