The Police Museum of Bolivia was founded by Colonel Alberto Mariño Guzmán and Victor Manuel del Castillo in the year 1942 on the grounds of the Division of Criminalistics, after several transfers, ending up in an old building where it currently functions as the Superior Disciplinary Tribunal.
