I created this project for an amplifier board that I bought from eBay. This allowed me to save some money and gave me a reason to make something. The board in question is a Muse SA-50 T-Amp Digital Audio Amp, shown above. It was purchased here: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=muse+sa50&_sacat=0 or simply search for it. Instructions Print one of each STL file, and two small knobs. Printing in ABS at 0.21 mm layer height, 20% infill works best. Use a 0.35 mm nozzle to get the job done efficiently. The 3 mm screws will self-tap into place easily. ABS is highly recommended for minimal cleaning or drilling needs. Make sure your printer is well-calibrated to achieve these results with ease. I heated up an old pot with a torch to about 550 degrees Fahrenheit, creating grooves in the volume and bass/treble knobs successfully. Using banana connectors on hand worked perfectly for speaker connections. Also, nuts had to be found for the pots because none were included initially. The printing process was done using a MendelMax 1.5 machine with impressive results.
