- I made this for myself and decided to post it here - I sanded the two mold sides, core and sealed it with automotive clear coat (test it with small amount of silicone first to make sure it sets up fine) - Sealed the two halves with sealing silicone (not adhesive silicone, test to make sure you can separate the halves) - LED tape is just generic RGB USB led tape, cut to length and folded in half - Silicone I used was clear/pink marbled (so you can see the light through) - If your planning on using it on someone and having it hollow I would recommend firm silicone - The cum tube I placed a piece of wire though and bent then sealed both ends that poke through the mold with silicone - The sheath was made big enough to fit the knot through and an elastic on the inner black fabric to seal around the shaft - You could very well just use a strap on harness instead of my holder - My holder is bayonet caped with 3 inch elastic strapping with Velcro together ends - Depending on your size, if you remove the leds you can use it as a masturbator (unintentional side effect) - If people like it, I am not opposed to converting some of my other designs to be compatible with a cloth sheath ________________________________________________________________ - Insert-able length is 280mm (11") (without the sheath), Insert-able length is 194mm (7.6") (with the sheath), Shaft Diameter 50mm (2"), Knot Width 92mm (3.6") - mold volume 650 mL ( 22 fluid oz) - Each has a mold and the actual pecker itself depending on how you are going to mold them. - mold has location for 2, 15mm dowels. - can be scaled, cut and glued together to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft. - Smooth-On is a good source: "Dragon Skin 10" for firm, "Ecoflex-00-50" for medium and "Ecoflex 00-30" for soft (soft not recommended if your using the core, too floppy) ___________________________________________________________________ - for a quick and dirty toy (will have flashing that needs to be cleaned up) you can use the 3d printed molds - Print with thick walls ex: 4 layers or more with 8% infill ________________________________________________________________ - you can also just print the dick it self, sand it smooth, seal and make a mold the old fashion way, use this way for the best results. ______________________________________________________________ - I recommend printing vertical if possible to get the resolution. - a good resource for silicone toy making: https://vimeo.com/candiru - Have Fun!! - Revision: put the proper size of alignment dowels in
