Murriel, The Shrewerrel

This is my entry for the “Jonah Lobe’s Tiny Creature Challenge”. The idea behind this creature was to mix the Black and Rufous Elephant Shrew and the Malabar Giant Squirrel. The Shrewerrel [procounced Sh-rew-uh-rrel], is an unfriendly creature, usually found around the tropical coastal areas of the world. It’s diet consists of berries and other small/squishy fruits. It may appear cute at first, but it is in fact a very nasty and rude critter. If you get close to it’s food, it will grawl absurdities and emit a noise resembling “Blowing Raspberries” I didn’t have much time to polish this project due to work, but I hope you guys enjoy it regardless. Keeping it under 1k polys was certainly a challenge, since the original sculpt grossly underestimated what 1k polys trully are. In any case, it was really fun and I hope it makes Jonah proud. The Character has 991 Faces in total. All textures, except the ground one, are made by me and are 512x512
