Murray is a malevolent skull that terrorized Guybrush Threepwood first seen in Curse of Monkey Island. He was originally part of LeChuck's Army of the Doomed, before his skeletal body disintegrated, and became somewhat autonomous. Despite his dire situation, he constantly thought up ways to terrorize others, which often ended in personal harm or humiliation. He described himself as a symbol of pure wickedness, and dreamed of unleashing chaos throughout the Caribbean waters. He became one of the more unforgettable characters of the series, appearing in cameo roles in later episodes.
