Murphy the Library Cat is a British shorthair cat with style. He's dressed to impress in a collar and tie, sporting his reading glasses - cats have poor close vision, so he needs those to read! And unlike other cats who settle for one piece of paper, Murphy sits on a book. This book just happens to be a secret box: its lid is held shut by magnets. He also wears flexible filament spectacles and sports a shirt collar with a tie. Originally, Murphy was only for me to give as gifts to friends and family. But when I took him to MRRF (Midwest RepRap Festival), he became a hit with many requests to make him available to the public, so I decided to share him. Murphy comes in two shirt collar styles: plain or fancy with a bow tie. Due to how they're designed, his collars and ties aren't interchangeable. Murphy is available as either a single material model or multi-material version - that way, no one misses out. Murphy is a 3D printed multi-part assembly available in single and multi-extrusion versions. To be fair, only his head and book pages require multi-material extrusion.
