I had a shell just laying around that I managed to reconstruct using photogrammetry. It's frustrating that I don't even know where it came from! After processing 110 pictures through my standard Colmap/OpenMVS/Blender/BakeMyScan workflow, I was finally able to get a detailed reconstruction.
