This 3D model of Munich, Germany's MUC Franz Josef Strauss Airport is based on real data, making it highly realistic. It features four main object groups: Buildings, Road Network, Public Transport, and Aeroway. Buildings can be customized with three different color material/texture setups that are turnable on or off. The Road Network comprises roads and other areas, while Public Transport includes two objects - transport lines and stations/stops. The Aeroway features road network elements for airplanes, such as runways, airstrips, and parking spaces. UV mapping is present with overlapping UVs. However, no textures are included; colors can be changed using any 3D software. The model rests on a flat surface (road network is on the "floor"), and its geometry consists of polygonal quads and tris. It's untextured and renders quickly. This model can be licensed for commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA). Data sources include OpenStreetMap. The file includes various formats: .c4d, .fbx v7.1, .dae v1.5, .dxf, and .obj. It has a total of 227,243 points/verts and 170,653 polygons.
