The statue is a part of the "Forma viva" project located within Rožna dolina študentsko naselje, a student accommodation complex in Ljubljana. The statues surrounding the complex were created during five sculptor symposiums that took place between 1971 and 1975, where students from all Yugoslavian academies actively participated. In-depth research on this topic was conducted in 2018 and is now available online at stud-dom-lj.si/sites/www.stud-dom-lj.si/files/studentska_forma_viva_zbornik_2018.pdf.
