This centrifugal pump, designed for the Airbus challenge, features a multistage design to achieve high pressure with minimal dimensions. It operates at lower RPMs compared to single-stage pumps and has an inlet/outlet internal diameter of 10 mm. With a flow rate of 11 L/min and a 28 V DC power input, it can handle water, glycol, and iso-propanol additives up to 50% concentration. The pump's materials include carbon steel and plastic, weighing 1.285 kg without the motor and 2 L with it. Key components include a motor, motor controller, four impellers, guide vanes, spacers, gaskets, a deflector, setscrews, an impeller case housing and support, and a rotating axis. Team members involved in its creation are Angelos Lyris, Meletis Rentoumis, Ilias Athanailidis, Panagiotis Koutsianitis.
