The interior is hollow, allowing for wiring and an arduino to be installed, enabling various functions. This device requires a significant amount of electronic components, as shown in the photos. Required Parts: * 4 x M3 Bolts + Nuts (35mm) * 2 x M2 Bolts + Nuts (12mm) * Anker 10,000 mah Battery Pack - Model Number: AK-A1263011 * 0.56" Seven Segment Display with TM1637 chip * WS2812B 8bit 5v LED Strip (Fixed Strip) * 2 x WS2812B 1bit 5v LED Breakout (1 LED Fixed Board) * Single 10mm LED * GX16 Connector (2 units) * Smart Rocker Switch * Membrane Keypad (4 units) * I2C OLED Display (128x32) Assembly Instructions: The assembly is straightforward, with four bolts holding the top in place and the rest glued together. The nuts are recessed into the underside, preventing sharp edges from protruding. The battery handle slides into grooves and is secured with glue or bolts. A clip at the bottom holds the battery in place, with an optional nut and bolt to secure it (the nut requires electrical tape for security). Important Note: This design is a work in progress and may be updated soon. Files: * Surround: The main body surround with holes for external connectors and switches * TopCover: The top cover that goes over the surround and has all electronics mounted on it * BatteryHolder: The handle for the device, also serving as the battery holder * BottomCover: The VTL-branded bottom cover with a specific orientation relative to the battery holder * ButtonSurround: A ring that surrounds the buttons to prevent them from lifting * Clip: A clip that sits on the bottom of the BatteryHolder and is held in place by a bolt * LED-Cover1: Covers the 8 WS2812B LED strip, requiring clear or natural filament * LED-Cover2: Covers the single WS2812B LED, needing two prints in clear or natural filament * LED-Cover3: Covers the 10mm LED on the front/top Sales and Purchases: Afraid Not - You cannot sell this design.
