Multipurpose Potion Bottles
pinshape
I've been experimenting a lot with Vase Mode lately, creating useful and easy-to-print designs that are perfect for everyday life. Here are a few ideas to get you started: Plant holders, candy/sweets containers, oil/soap bottles, and even sending love messages in the 3D-printing way - the possibilities are endless! And that's just the beginning! To make your bottles sturdy and liquid-proof, follow these simple tips: Use a thicker nozzle (I printed most of these using 0.6mm ~ 1.2mm layer thickness with 0.6 & 0.8 nozzles), add more bottom layers (5~7 should work for most), or increase your flow percentage or extrusion multiplier. The materials I used to produce these prints are top-notch: Sainsmart light wood, Colorfabb Trans Green, Fillamentum Crystal Clear Iceland Blue, Fillamentum Timberfill Cinnamon, Makergeeks FDA-approved Trans, and tops/covers printed in Colorfabb NGEN_FLEX - the perfect combination for a beautiful finish. If you enjoy these prints, please consider liking and commenting. And if you print and use these bottles, be sure to share your work with me! I'd love to see what you create with these models!
