Here are two versatile hooks that can be used in multiple ways. One is secured, while the other isn't. To use the secured hook, both items must be inserted simultaneously - what you're holding and what it's attaching to at the same time. The secured hook offers slightly greater stability and won't fall off when bumped. Check out the images to see it supporting my shop light. This secured hook features an M3 or M4 screw with a nut.
